There are so many positive things i could say about this video every single bit if it was great! When you went in that littel cave it reminded me of when I was a little lad I was on holiday with my family at loo the tide had gone out and I could make it to the other side of the river and was exploring a cave was awesome i did Accidentally slip over and land on a dead monk fish and got its Teath stuck on my t-shirt sleave and Emerged from this dark cave with a what looked like a monk fish attacking my arm! My mum and dad was shocked at first but then burst in to laughter as they realised what had happened lol. Great times. Thanks again bro fantastic video really enjoyed it. Tight lines all the best ---

I was in and around Perranporth, Crantock Newquay last week, gutted I might have been at Perranporth at the same time and missed the chance to bump into you! I thought about trying some rock marks this year but I've only really fished from piers and harbours as a little'un with my dad and given I would have been on my own I didn't fancy it as a noobie this time around. I did scout a little this year in preparation for my next visit though. It helps that vids like this are informative and inspiring!

Really am astonished that there is no litter anywhere on the beach. Such a nice clean area where you live. Even in the most remote places no litter. Love watching your videos, especially the crab pot ones. Always curious on what's in them. You are quite knowledgeable on the area and the -local- inhabitants. Nice! I am watching you from Central California along the Monterey Bay Coast in a tiny coastal town called Castroville. Keep up the good work.

A really fantastic video of something different, that path looks a bit dodgy it's very near the edge in places. The North Coast of Cornwall with those cliffs is one that I knew well especially towards Lands End, I had relations that lived in Botallack. By the way we used to catch wrasse for the table, it's a good eating fish, maybe one for a Spargo video?

Hi John, Bob from the south coast of OZ here, love your videos I think I can still use your knowledge down here, amazed at all the different species in your part of the world, all I can say is that the best gift is being born with a head full of common; and you my friend have it! Cheers stay safe, have an ale for me, Bob

Where you saw the plane
There is a runway above you
Used to live in Perranporth
Did do a 20 hook longline on the beach in 2000 caught some lovely flatties 12 in total on one tide
Don't think fishing is the same as it used to be 20 years ago but stunning area
Braver than me going on that mark lol -

I haven't tuned in for a little while John. Been busy, but its good to be back and what an absolutely cracking video. I was always impressed with your knowledge of the sea, but now the cliff side flora and fauna as well, absolutely brilliant. Thanks so much for sharing. About time they gave you a TV show now!

Great video again which really shows how in tune with your local environment you are. With regard to the bees, I have 4 colonies at Westerdale on the North York Moors at the moment. Bell heather had just finished and the Ling heather just flowering. Downside is it reduces my fishing time. LOL

Your son is soooo lucky to have you as a father. Your knowledge is so far reaching h will grow not up but with a wealth of knowledge that will serve him throughout his life. He and you are very lucky as is your wife for having a couple of bloks like you both.

Your videos are so peaceful man. When I watch them I forget everything else that's going on and I only pay attention to what your hooking, foraging, and all the other info you provide us in between. Thanks for consistently uploading man. Wishing you the best!
