cool video except borderline beaching that last steelhead. you have waders, get more than 4 inches deep. It's easy enough to tail a fish, nevertheless if you're an experienced guide, not to mention you guys had a net there. That way it's not hitting the rocks and and when you let it go its not hitting the rocks. Done enough steelheading to know there isn't much of an excuse being ankle deep.

Ahh yes, fly fishing for steelhead. It's awesome. There you are in your waders, up to your thighs in cool, clear running water. The nicotine buzz from your first cigar of the day is passing. The first beer of the day is fizzing away nicely in your stomach. Must be time for your second cigar. As you light up, you glance at your watch. It's seven o'clock in the morning.

Ok ive watched this video a couple times. I even drove up there 2 years ago to catch steelhead. what ive yet to figure out is how you drove to that side of the river?

I live in Prince Rupert. The Skeena is my home stream. The scenery along Highway 16 is spectacular and worth the trip for that alone.
