I noticed Mark -bowed- a little when the salmon jumped. I have not seen anyone mention that in all the many videos I watch. Years ago I fished with Stu Apt (at the time he held the world record tarpon on a fly rod. He said you always bow when the tarpon jumps. ?

Alvin-s place is right next to my grandparents cabin, lovely place to spend some time fly fishing or fishin for trout. Alvin is buddies with my pop Basil Gillingham, he-s spent his whole life up that river whether he was polling up or using a engine.
