Wow my dad and I were in a blind just like that in west texas and were calling gobbler-s. We had a turkey literally fly into to blind where we had to end up tackle the thing and ring it-s neck without firing a shot. Meanwhile his friend was on the opposite side of the property and was using calls and he was about to shoot until a bobcat attacked him thinking a turkey was in the brush. My dads friend got destroyed by this bobcat to the point he ended up having to have plastic surgery on his face he got torn up so bad. So make people aware that your not the only person hunting turkey in the spring.

I love how your teaching your boy how be real men. I'm a female my husband was a Marine. I taught them to hunt, fish, and live when he was gone. They now hunt and fish for their families. Thanks to you and your brothers page I learn to hunt fish clean cook other things. I never hunted hogs. sand fleas. Turtle. Now I do. and I watched either your page or the other page with the iguana hunt I didn't know you could eat Florida iguana

Great job all around y-all. Congratulations Jake on an awesome double and congratulations Luke on your first bird! I-ve been lucky enough to get 2 Eastern turkeys up north here. One in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin. It-s always a rush to watch them come into the decoys strutted up. Keep up the great videos Gabe!

I know the sound of a misfire. I once had the crosshairs on a deer and squeezed the trigger and heard the CLICK of the firing pin strike the bullet. It took me a moment to work out exactly what happened as I had never experienced that type of problem with Factory loads. Good to see him recover so well.

Good time of the day to you! I never hunted in my life, but I would like to learn someday. couple questions if you don't mind me asking: Why you do not take turkey legs and how come there isn't a lot of blood when you breast the bird? Thanks and great videos as always!

I good that he got to experience the malfunctions while he's young. Soft shifting has cost me a perfect shot too. It be hard to not blow your cover when that happens. -
