In this epic, full-length video, Bill Spicer travels to the west coast of Newfoundland to catching the silver leaper known as Atlantic Salmon. Lots of great information on presentation options, casts, patterns, and much more. Newfound Outfitting: To tie a deadly salmon pattern: Smallstream Trout Fishing Tactics

Great video in an area very close to my heart. Visited Corner Brook in 1977 and stayed at the YHA where the Lady manager made blueberry pies each day for the Hostelers. A beautiful place and the warm friendly people matched the scenery. I never fished the area due to hitchhiking light but would certainly make an effort to change that if I returned. Kindest thoughts from down-under in NZ.

Wonderful show Mr. Spicer, with the border closed I am sitting at the tying bench and hopeful for another season. I want to thank you and The New Fly Fisher staff for keeping my wanderlust for the Maritimes and fishing north of our border satisfied. Wishing you and all my friends north a healthy holiday season, tight lines, and many more sunsets.

Great video! I cringe every time somebody says -Get it on the reel-. It is probably the worst piece of advice you can ever give someone. The fish will go to the reel if it needs to be on the reel, and these fish obviously will do just that. First two fish gone because tension was lost trying to reel in slack line!

My favourite river for scenery and the drive in is beautiful. The sea run brook trout at 5-7 lbs is a bonus
