Not sure if your subs know this, but I was camping last winter next to a friend. We both normally use Big Buddies, and carbon monoxide detectors (I use 2. Anyway, on the 2nd night, my friend switched to his Mr. Heater Buddy Flex. A bit after that, his wife wasn't feeling the best, this was towards the evening. To be safe he checked his detector, it registered 24ppm, the alarm goes off at 25.
Just thought you and your viewers should know the Flex does not burn as clean as the Buddy and Big Buddy.

Im three days away from doing my first overnight camping on the ice. I love to cook, and I am planning on doing some cooking during that time. I do have a question though; if you cook inside your hut does the smell of what youre cooking ever leave the hut or is it just a permanent feature of the hut after that point?

Been watching Clayton for a while. Love that you asked him what to do. best way to learn. You guys have inspired me to do the overnight ice lake camping thing. Both of you give great advice. Really no need for an ice castle.

Jay, I just got the 650xd and you obviously know the thing is a beast, even when it's packed in the bag. What sled is that in the video? the little 3ft jet sleds aren't going to cut it anymore haha.

Love watching peoples reaction to the drag getting pulled but we never know how tight they got it set. For all I know, it could be loose and they're flipping over an average fish.

You would probably have better luck with Amped outdoors batteries. Idk what kind of partnership you have with Dakota but it would be worth it to try an Amped 30 or 34Ah battery.

If someone is concerned about not using the cooker / heater at the same time, just bring a spare fuel cannister and use that for the cooker.
