This is our journey to Isinglass Lake in NW Ontario. Since moving to Kenora, I kept being told about this backcountry crystal clear gem. Thanks to Scott Green (Green Adventures) and the City Of Kenora we were able to make this happen

Awesome my mom used to camp at Gordon lake many years ago my dad also fished Gordon as a kid and he said he looked over the side of the boat and got scared because it looked bottomless. Check out Jay Edward lake and the Edward lake chain of lakes we rented a cabin from Wayne clarke a family friend and there is some amazing fishing as well as muskie fishing. We used our underwater cameras to watch massive muskies off a hump laying in wait of the walleyes we were seeing bite our jigs. They remained dormant the entire time. My grandfather used to guide on these lakes and he had an encounter with a muskie the size of his boat the size of a rail tie he said and the customer asked him to net it he said how would we even get it back to camp? No sense in wasting a beautiful creature so he let it go. There are many stories of insane muskie fishing all this just a short portage from beautiful Gordon lake I believe to cobble lake.

Your creative and spectacular capture of both the journey and the locations is a gift to us above-water outdoors-types. I will remember these shots in my mind's eye as I fish this summer, imagining the terrain and fish below me. Thank you for making every guest your best friend and for letting us into your loving marriage. Great final word!

One incredible video. Breathtaking footage.
I was just beginning to write a baseball story and I was thinking of where in Ontario to set it and the first city that came to mind aside from where I live was Kenora, I wonder why. ;)

Yet another beautiful piece of cinema from Jay. That water really is clear! Reminds me of some of the free dives Ive done in Lake Superior! Absolutely stellar video. You never fail to disappoint!

I fished there once in the winter for a day but only caught small lakers, I have a cabin on crow lake which is just south of Cameron, we take the snowmobiles through portages to get there.

My favorite was the drone shot (12 min 13 sec) of the canoe raft loaded with the gear, super awesome shot Jay. Thanks for putting this adventure together, excellent production.

My brothers and I own a fishing cabin on Lake Atikwa which is just North East of Isinglass so this hits home to me. Absolutely love that area of Ontario! Great video Jay!
