Im a carpenter and I got the chance to build one way out on gbay last summer. Wicked. Flipping off the dock before work and then riding to and from work in a boat every day. Getting caught in rainstorms. Seeing huge musky. Unbelievable wildlife.

From my own experience of building camps in the North Woods my advice is to stock up on the DEET. The black flys and mosquitoes are nuts. You wipe your brow thinking youre sweating and realize your bleeding from the bites

On our side of the lake the water seems to be at least 5ft higher than last summer just unreal, but it's good thing because it was very very low last summer.
