Are you wondering how to catch bass on a worm? Check out this quick informative video as I go over MY TOP 3 WAYS I like to fish a worm to catch bass. These 3 techniques can be used with almost any worm, no matter the shape, size, or cover you are fishing. Although there are dozens of ways to fish a worm to catch bass, these are my favorite 3.

Not to be that guy but I would recommend against using wacky rig o-rings. From most of my experience they tend to do more damage to Senkos then they prevent. These things will repeatedly split soft plastic right where they are. When I started wacky rigging I used them and I ran out. Noticed my worms lasted longer. Not just slightly but noticeably longer. With them I tend to get 8-10 casts (granted not talking about bite) then they split. Without them I couldn't tell you how many more casts they last. They rarely every break. The Gander Mountain only offers two sizes here and they both damage the Senkos after a handful of casts.

hooking the Gary yamamoto worms in the middle and letting it sink to the bottom and slowly jerking it is my family's best-known technique for bass fishing. recently we caught over 40 bass in 2 weeks with smallest being 14 in and largest being 18 1/2 in with that technique. even the worst fishermen were getting 16 inch fish. those were truly awesome, unfailing tips and techniques. great vid man.

coming from ocean fishing i literally could not catch a bass for my life, i still cant, ive got tons of the stuff you promote, rig it the same, work it the way weather/ temp and water color suggests and i have not caught a single bass in 4 all day outings. i dont get it lol

Good choice except I'd personally rather throw the Texas rig on 15-17 pound floro for the sensitivity, the only thing I use braid for is most my spinning reels with a floro leader and then my topwater spooks and frogs, the rest is floro or mono on poppers and buzzbaits.

NOTE: These are not the only ways to rig a worm. There are dozens of different techniques on how to fish them. But with these 3 rigging methods you can efficiently fish almost any area of the lake.

I appreciate your tips and videos. I have a lot of saltwater inshore fishing experience, but not much with anything in freshwater besides Trout. Looking forward to getting some bass this year.

What did you use to record this video with? What were the exporting settings? Looks HD 1080 and possibly 60fps, but my GoPro is only 1080x30 or 720x60fps. Thanks for any info.
