her wrist wouldn't get sore if you had the spinning reel setup as a righty reel for her, spinning (as a righty) you usually want to hold the rod with your right hand and reel left. it'd improve her casting too. I mean I'm sure you know all of this but it's easy to overlook when it's gear you aren't personally using.

Walmart will take anything back lol but why not go to a farm and fleet store or something when shopping for a hitch. I realize they had what you needed but Walmart isn't exactly the 1st place I'd look for a hitch lol

were u using yamamatos or another brand cuz I have finicky bass and don't know what to use but castmasters have large mouth and smallmouth
