You should come up to Lake St. Clair in April and catch giant smallmouth every cast on spinning gear and fly gear, if you want. If you want to look into it I'm sure you'd have a great time up there. I have access to a private peninsula where smallmouth and pike stack up like crazy all April. Let me know if you want to come fish with us there

U should do the create ur own lure challenge or order a airbrush to customize/paint blank crank baits. PLZ consider, i think it would be awesome and it may even encourage others to try it out also. Tallfishermanj has done it and he was selling them for 10 a pop

The same thing happened to me When I was ice fishing, I was bending over to pick my tip-up up and my flag went up. After catching nothing the whole day I ended the day with a nice fat 4 pounder

One thing I practice is haveing a release hole because with the deeper is it easy for the fish to push it under the ice and it it harder to recover under the ice then it looks
