Andrew Flair, Congratulations Dude What a thrill. I believe it is blue catfish in the Ohio River that get quite large. My cousin lives in Cincinnati and has a Great time catching them. I have to tell you, the reason I think I like watching you is you get SO excited when you have a great trip like this. Sort of like the guy I wish I had next door to go fishing with God Bless Buddy

For all of you who are asking why arent you eating the fish that you catch Well some fisherman want there to actually be fish in the water and some people dont like eating big fish because thats not what they believe in All I am asking is dont be that person who eats every fish they catch it ruins the sport

Most bizarre thing I had while fishing was catching pike. Caught 1 on a spoon and got it off the hook and handed it to my dad and when I put the rod down, the spoon was an inch in the water and another pike smoked it right at the boat. Almost took the rod with it.

Awesome & Informative Video It's great to see videos showing the daily grind of anglers from bait tanks to rigging techniques. Keep up the good work and can't wait till your next video. Tight Lines & Thanks, USCG Captain Scott Manning, US Army - Veteran

Hey flair just a little tip for you but when you are fishing and u catch one and you try too net him you should keep the net under water so the fish can't see it if they see the net they try too swim under water

17 lb carp, ultralight rod 6lb test fishing in a flooded parking lot. Damn thing snapped my hook but the remains of the shank were still securely snelled and lodged in his throat. Never had a fight like it

When I fish for surgeon, I use braided dacron for leader. They are not visual feeders. They feel to feed. Mono is stiff and they tend to reject it. 50-100 pound dacron is best. Wouldn't it work better for cats?
