Just some Pond Manegement Knowledge for you. A pond full of stunted bass will grow GIANT Bluegills due to the only fish they can tend to eat at the biggest will be like a 4-6in bluegill thus telling the other Big Bluegills to pass on the genetics to grow as BIG as possible to avoid being eaten as well as allowing them once they do start to grow that fast to have more food to eat because the bass are clear cutting the smaller fish Lol Now you actually learned something here today

Bake them instead of frying them youll get a way better coating on them to stick when you fry them with chips or frosted flakes its always better to bake because the frying just never gets them to stick well unless using a really thick base eggs n milk or heavy cream to make it stick better and then you have the gently cook them both sides either on the stove or using a frying and doing it side and flipping and then doing side not letting it fully submerge in my past exp.

You can't go wrong with baking fish. What you do is take your fillet with or without skin, grab some lemon pepper, red pepper, and something else powdered, and just sprinkle is in the fish. Lay the fish in foil and fold a flap of foil on the fish and close it up. Pop it in the oven for a few minutes depending on the thickness of the foil, pull it out and put it on a plate. Taste good with any fish. If you're frying then use some lousiana fish fry.

Pic your seasoning (cajun, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and etc, but it on the meat and not in the breading (fish soaks it up much more than steak. You don't need the Frank's Red Hot sauce. Mix some type of fish fry mix with yellow corn meal, then shake it up. Egg batter may work too, but I've never tried it. My Mommy used to only use yellow corn meal. Cock Of The Walk only uses yellow corn meal too on their catfish. Good stuff.

My favorite recipe for any fish (mainly Salmon) is. ( Go down)All you need is oil of your choice a pan and your fish cut in chunks. Then you put the fish on a paper towel and put lemon pepper evenly on the top then put a little bit of salt on it and then if wanted, flip the pice of fish over and repeat what u just did and then get another paper towel on top of the fish. And push on the top. Then cook in oil untill either flacky. Enjoy

Next time you want to do something like that use equal parts of franks and milke together whit one egg beat well in it. Then your batter for instance we will say doritos. Break them up as fine as you can and use half that and half flour mixed together. Will give you the good batter your looking for plus the extra flavor of thr franks plus whatever else you use in the dry part.

And BaM goose and duck poppers

You've got that right, you ARE lousy at filleting fish. Sharpen that knife Or better yet, get a quality electric fillet knife. That'll make it a whole lot easier for you. Because doing it with a regular knife is clearly not for you. I see in alot of your videos you miss alot of meat while filleting.
