Spring time bass fishing on Sam Rayburn with my buddy Shaine and Matt, I became ill with a stomach bug deep in the east Texas pines. The only way out of this, is to fish my way out. mark: I feel you. got some nice spicy food poisoning over the weekend! Monday and Tuesday everything went southbound! It took meals I haven't even eaten yet south! Two days of headaches, temp, chills and aches! Going to be cooking at home for a while, no restaurants. :( Hey, bright side. the boys in the boat got yer back! I can hear the empathy in their voices! :P (I don't think they realize, if it is viral, they are looking at their future in you) Woodford is most definitely the symptom solution! Worst case. you feel better then blow chunks! Advil is your friend. I wasn't sure you were going to make it. well done!

I had/have the sinus issue. I let it go for weeks. One day I was driving home from work and told myself to go to the hospital. But because I was in so much pain my thought process was drive car into guard rail and have ambulance take you. Thankfully I snapped out of it. Went to ER they rushed me to cat scan. I had 89 percent blockage in all sinus cavities. But because I let it go it all became infected and rotten it wasn't letting my brain process stuff right. 4 day stay in hospital. Bunch of meds. But because I let it go for so long I had some damage done. So don't let it go. Get it taken care of

Bro those string dampeners are awesome are the like squirrel tails? Also are you still using bank line as a string? And have you thought about maybe later when you drop a deer with it, making a traditional boy string out of deer sinew? That would be cool but it seems time consuming.

with all that chumming from LFG, i was expecting a catfish or so, maybe a tilapia. anytime i see someone in a cold sweat, like they are running a fever, it's best to avoid them because they're like a human Petrie dish.

I know all too well about this! While fishing a team trail tourney I had to let one loose. Had no clue it would be coming from both ends. Made for in interesting clean up job. Bass partner got to know me much better.

Not to sound like a jerk but if you and your whole family are sick why would you go out and spread it around with other folks? Stay home and take care of yourself and your family for a few more days then go out.

IF it makes you feel any better, you will be happy to know that I actually had some sympathy nausea for you. BUT you love to see the dedication to the dangle.

You might not have gotten a spontaneous reaction of a puke -a-thon out of that Skeeter, but rest assured, a great deal of the 20K Fishing Freaks watching did.
