WHAT JUST GROWLED BEHIND MY DEER BLIND? Something just growled behind my deer blind and freaked me out! Cindy: Justin you are so right about nature. I sit on my front porch daily. The various birds, squirrels and rabbits activity puts a smile on my face every day. I watched a blue jay hide a peanut in my yard the other day while a squirrel was watching from across the street. I had a 6x6 bull elk hang out in my neighborhood all last winter, walk 5 feet from me while recording him and paid no attention to me. This last spring had a young mule deer, little yearling spike walk into my yard and come 10 feet from me, look at me and casually walk away. I live in a city in Colorado, so to see all of this is definitely God s work at hand and if I wasn t outside on my porch, I would have missed it all.

Well I definitely no that you have been trying so hard to get something down on the ground but there is always tomorrow buddy! Hopefully the weight will be worth it for sure! Maybe you should try the good old stalking method! Since you say that you think that the does are all locked up with the bucks and not moving much I d say that is what I would do! They aren t coming out in your Direction then you just need to go to them! Well hopefully that is your next method in trying to get a nice buck! It will happen sooner or later buddy! Well remember keep up all the hard work buddy! Love the hunting videos for sure!

I was coming back from my stand after it got dark one time. No trail. No flashlight. I was just bushwhacking. I became aware that all the noise from critters had stopped. Dead silence. I thought I heard something behind me, but when I stopped to listen, it stopped as well. I did this a couple of more times and every time I stopped, it stopped. Freaked me out. I was probably 17 at the time. I just started running full tilt to get back home. All the stickers and vines I ran into did me no favors. Never did find out what it was.

I know the feeling. I just recently got back into archery/Crossbow hunting here in NJ after a 20-year hiatus. I'm seeing deer around me just not giving me the shot I need. But I agree just being back out after not knowing if I even be on this planet again is more of an enjoyment then doing a deer or a bear. That part is just the added bonus.

When I was 15 or 16 I was walking through our lease we have and it was pitch black my dad went and hunted another spot so I was by myself walking down the road with no light and I think it may have been a bobcat that was screaming and I literally took off running to the stand I didn t care how much noice I was making at that point

Used to hunt food plots in Alabama, just open spots planted with grasses and grains, usually from a shooting house with windows on three sides. Turkeys walking up on leaf litterxwere the worst! Noisy and slow paced and never came around to the front or side so you could seethem.

Another amazing video in the great outdoors! LFG do you NOT have a pew pew for self defense with you? you could see the momentary fright on your face. LOL got a visual of you punching a bull in the nose for running off your deer. Love your videos!

My grandson and I got growled at like that about 12 yrs. ago in some woods on my property it absolutely shook me to the core sounded almost like a lion's roar. Whatever it was wasn't happy we were in the area so we got out of Dodge quickly.

To many acorns. When there s this many acorns that are all fresh and fall at the wrong time. the feeders are not very good. If you position your feeders right on a busy trail they may hang for a minute or two but ain t going far for corn.

You Texans got it made, man. Big Deer, Hogs, and you're only wearing a hoodie! I'll be sitting tomorrow morning (thanksgiving) in the tree stand. Should be about 28 degrees. Great video as always LFG!

Had a panther or bobcat let out a very loud scream while coon hunting. have no idea what it was. yet I didn't stop to ask either. It even scared the dog to death.

Brother the closest thing I use to a bow is a 30-30 rifle. I just can t stand seeing a deer just out of bow range and watching it walk away
