Vick, great recipe for that fish. Maybe add that mayo sauce to a pile of panko and then cook. Adds texture and texture is a conductor of flavor. Just a thought. Another great video. Keep them coming.

I personally take mayo and fresh Parm. Cheese and crust one side of my fish and bake it and it is money! Kind of the same thing. I'm def gonna try the broil. Awesome video
