I love watching your and your friend fishing. My stepfather use to go fishing in. Florida. His dream was to take his three sons on a fishing trip he passed before he got a chance to take them. He instill the dream in me to take my brothers deep sea fishing.
Victor could you sent me some materials on those boat that will take them to fish. The oldest brother had to fight three type of cancers within the same year. The middle boy is sweet and nice (he is developmentally delayed) he love the water and if he catch a fish, it will be the talk of the ton fora month. The youngest brother super love fish however he has hurt his back and will need someone to assist him in pulling the big huge fish in.
I need materials on a captain that will be willingly to work with my brothers. Yes my sister and I will be their cheerleaders. Money is a little tight but this was their father’s dream. He was a great father to his bonus daughters. My sister will be 71, I am 69, oldest son will be 67, middle son is 61 and the baby is 56. Time has passed so fast and I (the 69 spoil baby girl) would love to see them go on one trip at a family. My address is P. O. Box 1082, Anniston, Al 36202. after each trip my stepfather called us together and told us about each fish he caught and had a phablet that told us how to clean and cook the fishes he caught. Those were some of the beautiful fishes that we had the privilege to see. Please send me some information where I can call the best person to take us fishing in Florida. This is a much needed trip. My siblings and myself are walking miracles, 2022 we were tested and we all survived by God’s
0: 10 Grace. I would love to tell my brothers that I got fishing licenses for my sister and me, so pack your gears we are going fishing.
Thank you for your assistance.

Rarely a snook, but large redfish, Jack's, small grouper, small speckled trout, sheepshead, whiting or croakers and I've seen small cobia all can have worms in them, especially when summer weather starts kicking in. With trout and whiting In winter, rarely see them. When the water gets warmer, that's when I find them usually. But they live in the fish for years. We always pan fry or deep fry any fish we find worms in. If they (black drum) are worm free, we broil them or bake them with seasoning(season salt, garlic salt, lemon pepper, cracker crumbs or italian bread crumbs over a super light coating of mayonnaise with some corn starch sprinkled on the bottom and 2 tablespoons of butter per filet. For pan frying, same seasoning, Italian bread crumbs, but with AP flour and corn starch instead of mayo obviously. Soak the fish in warm salt water a few hours before, then put in coldest part of fridge for an hour before cooking. I find worms for trout, grouper, and Jack's the worms are always in the middle under the dorsal fin, but the other fish, they are near the tail. Most I ever saw was a bull red with 17 worms in it.

You missed out on a part of the drum that is tasty to eat! The big ones have a ton of meat on their ribs and if you have something to cut through the bones you can cut each slab of ribs off and cook those too! Make em bbq or cajun style is my favorite way! You can just pull the bones from the meat when cooked and eat around them like real ribs! I love some good Black Drum. Blackened, fried nuggets, grilled, its all very good!

Big black DRUM! In my younger days it was called Drum season fishing out of FERNANDINA BEACH! Even Had a tournament and maybe still do, I’ve been gone 25 plus years, I miss the awesome fishing and the good old days.
Monsters were caught and Mrs. Moore I think still holds a record. Check my memory.
40-60 pounders were caught regularly every year and by everyone.

Fisher looks kinda tired. tell Brian he's gotta stop working him so hard! (JK, they both do incredible work) Love that you always find so many different and interesting fisheries around Florida. After all these years, you still get excited about every fish and every new cook! Thanks for all the great content over the years you two!

I just recently tried one sashimi and sushi style! Let the loins dehydrating a little bit (2 days, wrapped in paper towels, refrigerated. Damn they taste good! My GF rated 8/10 right beside African Pompano (i prefer the AP. The only bad thing is that in Brazil they got overfished AF, so they became a rare catch these days.

Great video. Looks like Howard Frankland Bridge. Used to ride our bikes on the sea wall to the beginning to fish off the apron. Wondering how the fishing is due to the construction. What a great life as a kid. As a teenager used to pull off the interstate onto the apron to park etc. can’t get away with that now.

Red fish and black drums are cousins. I live in Bradenton half the year and catch and cook drum and Sheepshead. Cooked in foil packs with veggies seasoned with Everglades fish and chicken with a little butter on the grill
No mess to clean up and moist fish every time. Great eating fish as you just proved.

From Louisiana here, black drum used to be considered a trash fish, but now, at least here in my state, if you catch a black drum, it's considered a good day! Most of us steer clear of the bigger ones, or release them, not because they are wormy but because they are just so beautiful-ugly and old dinosaurs.

Dannngg, you didn't get one. You have bad luck when you drive all the way up here! At least you finally got to eat one. Now I might finally keep 1 and eat it lol Holler if you come back up for Tarpon and we'll get you 10-15 of them til you tap out and get that TB Tripletail checked off too.

Awesome video! I am going to challenge you to use a different adjective, other than juicy, to describe the bait and the food you make. You have said it in almost every video you have put out lately. Expand your vocabulary!

You go to creole because you are thinking redfish which is red drum and this is exactly like that fish, but black instead of bronze red and has no spots on the tail. I mean. c'mon Vic you know that! Lol.

I never hear term trash fish except when I watch videos from Florida. Nobody here in South Carolina says that. Is it because you have two beautiful coasts with abundant fishing that Floridians are spoiled

I am so glad to be able to go on another fishing trip with you guys through your video's. It makes me happy to get to see things I would never be able to see if it was not for you all. Thank you.
