I swam in that same water fall, in puerto Vallarta. Fun little hike, even a couple cliff jumping spots. Saw a family even climb over to the other side of the waterfall. Looked so sketchy. Glad yall found the little hangout spot behind the water fall. We brought some bread to feed all those fish as well, was a wild little blitz lmao

look at that, at 19: 48 and onward for a second or two, those tiny spines on top of the tuna rotate / swivel like the sails on a sailboat. I thought they were stationary spines (having never seen up close or touched. I thought they were just for defense, but clearly they also help with subtle movement or sensing movement in the water.

Brooks big fish pulling drag and making monster runs could’ve been a big dolphin. I used to have them grab my baits at Ft. Desoto and they’d run off a ton of line, strip the hook or drop the bait and never hooked a one of them.

Always a pleasure to watch your videos to see how alive the ocean is and it's not just about the fishing but the experience, the people and to soak up the memory of another part of the world. Ah Beautiful

You know you're fishing for something big when you use 6-8 pound black fin for bait.
Nick Stanzic was using spiny lobster as bait while fishing for Goliath grouper a few video's back.

Plastic wrapped mandarins Everything else looked fabulous! Idk I guess in a pinch I def wouldn’t turn my nose up at it. But fresh oranges might’ve been the kiss of the chef.

That's awesome Victor. We will be down there in February with jamy. He and his crew and the hacienda are the absolute best place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta
