Very good! Just a few tips from a cook: once you have your fish on lime juice, add the salt and fresh ground black pepper, also. add the chopped onion and a little bit of chopped celery and let it set with the fish in the fridge. the reason of the tip: onion is too strong just like celery. but if you let them marinate with the trigger will work wonnders
At the end add the rest of the ingredientes and try it! Also. you can spread a little mayonnaise on your tostada before adding the ceviche, it will enhance the experience.

Do you think the LX is a good happy medium if I wanted to use to it as a mutton and a grouper reel? I have two Conley 15-30 rods from the flea market this weekend and trying to decide on which reel to go with as always thank you for great information you and brook share,

Next time u make some drain the lime juice u used to cook the ceviche in. Then add fresh lime juice as u mix in the vegetables trust me it will taste way better

What I do is I cut along the wing and rip off the skin and then you can fillet it. or gut It and cut the head off and cook whole
