Hey Victor, relocating to Jupiter beach for work in a few months. I m from the north and have always wanted to catch big catfish. There are some up here but few and far between and very hard to catch especially in the winter. Any suggestions?

I rinse all my fish with fresh water and it is better than when I rinsed it with salt water salt water makes it more fishy and that fish is still good to eat there is no reason to waste it

Nice hamachi, what sushi restaurants won't tell you (even in the most expensive ones) is tuna have worms also. Never ever wash your filets. Pat dry with a paper towel and freeze.

Worms. they keep you from getting FAT! Lil pets. Like my doggies. Little external tape worms that charm me into giving up probably most of my food. (only the good stuff for them.

I would try just about any kind of fish, But worms? NO! Too bad about the amberjack. I guess the fish in the canal will be eating high off the hog!
