It's cool to see that you are so much more relaxed later in trips. You can hear it in your voice. Happens to me too. Once you go and have a great couple of days fishing the stress is off and it becomes a vacation instead of a trip. Glad you're getting a little break.

I recommend you try the ikijime method when you catch the fish. It s virtually where you bleed the fish and kill it right away. Trust me I do it with every fish and you see a tremendous difference. That cubera wouldve probably had no blood.

Blue gabe. i dont know it was anything else to do. really you need to go to mexico more often, there is alot more fun than the states and im as american as you guys, and mexican and colombian! lots more fun than gringo grounds!

oooo I didn't even think about frying pollo. I think its pronounced poil-yo. I have the sauce on chicken and its one of my favorite mexican dishes, but mixing it with batter and frying it sounds heavenly.

She used knorr con pollo pollo means chicken flavor which already has salt here in the Rio grande Valley its sold in H. E. B food stores they might have in Florida as well check in the Spanish section
