The FASTEST and most HUMANE Buck Hunt EVER! Catch Clean Cook Ft. The Hunter Chef alex: I loved the video. Love the dry again idea. My grandpa would always tell me stories of his safaris in Africa. He loved it there and I think it would be AWSOME if you would do a safari in Africa. You ve been going around the world to hunt more often now and I think it would be amazing if you went to Africa.

I would love to see you dry age something. Another great video thank you. Me and my husband were brought up in a suburb in S. Calif. our folks were working people who did not hunt. Now that we are older 65 and 75 we are interested in hunting. And we are learning how to from you. All the things you are teaching us, ethical hunting, conservation, technique, safety and how to be successful too. So thank you and thank your family too.

Venison is one that my family s favorite meats, we actually don t buy ground beef anymore. But I will tell you this, my step dad in Ohio ages is venison and my wife thinks it s taste better, so one day I think I am going to set up an old fridge to do it down here in Florida. Great video like usual and y all stay safe.

What? You had Chef Mike on but didn't invite any angry vegans for him to clean the deer in front of!
I'm kidding. Great video like always. And good to see a good ol' Canadian Boy with you. And absolutely I'd love to see you attempt to dry age some game. That would be quite the treat.

I have a beer fridge in my garage I use to dry age beef and deer. I have a small fan 2 himalayan salt blocks and a dehumidifier with some meat packs Deals to catch blood at the bottom.
I do 2 weeks to 17 days for tender meat that has a nutty taste to it

Give a call to Guga, the dry aging experiment champ. Get some tips and bring us a DMFD rendition only you could. Some inspirational quotes, some family time, a good prayer to keep us humble, and some deer meat on a plate surrounded by the ones we love.

that was an amazing shot! I am soft and even though I put it to the fishes, deer is hard for me to kill. If I was guaranteed a shot like that every time. would be so much easier. Oh and YES to the dry aged experiment
