It takes just one decision to change the rest of your life. It may sound clich, but it's true. And I've just made a decision that will undoubtedly change my life forever. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response to the Field Trips series, I've decided to take my show on the road as they say. I'm ditching my home base and moving into a 2018 Forest River Grey Wolf 22RR travel trailer. I'll be traveling the country full time, with a goal of catching fish in all 50 states. This is the next evolution of Field Trips

Robert 14: 58 saw your scissor jacks. If you get time cut a sheet of 3/4 plywood into 18x18 squares and stack them about four together and screw them into a wooden mat. Make ya about six of them, that way if one side of the trailer is higher off the ground you can keep the jacks level by stacking two mats under the high side of the trailer.
Number one rule of scissor jacks is the less you run them down the more stable they are. Also invest in a cordless 1/2 impact and the sockets too fit your trailer, truck and the nuts of the scissor jacks. Makes tire changing and trailer leveling super fast.
Then when you get all that hashed out and your back in Texas Ill try to take you on a better duck hunt then last time!

Youre an awesome inspiration Robert! Can only dream of doing something like youre doing someday and get off the everyday grind. I live in Mesa, AZ. Plenty of access to lakes all around and some rivers as well. Im new to fishing and want to get a kayak because of your videos. Would love to host you if youre ever in AZ. I dont have land but a driveway where you could park and a couple extra bedrooms that youd be more than welcome to. Keep up the great videos! Hope to hear from you!

You already came to my hang outs in So Cal, La Jolla, Dana Point, And San Diego. You even did the Islander trip I do every year to San Clemente Island. The only other place I love to go is BAJA! Gonzaga Bay and Bay of La. Unbelievable fishing and adventure. Would love to have you come down to our Fish Camps down there

I'd recommend coming back up to the Adirondacks! You could spend a month up here between the rivers/lakes, lake Champlain, St Lawrence river. etc etc. Awesome area. Lots of campgrounds and if you wanna save money you can park it at my place

I suppose I could carry the Tandem Island on the roof and the Revo with side kicks in the hauler and get by with a 22R. Would be great spending a week camping and fishing on Lake Powell in either the TI or Revo
