In this episode I'm back on the White River in northern Arkansas with Cody Milton and Jennifer Maguire. After a disaster to start off the morning, we're racing against the clock with some bad weather moving in, but the fish are still chewing. We decide to keep a few rainbow trout for dinner, and then I'm showing you an easy way to clean and cook them up in a dish that is sure to impress your friends.
Kevin: Non stop trout is wonderful. The weather looked pretty awful but you hung in like troopers. Meal looked great but one thing about trout is you can pull the bones out before eating. Just grab the spine at the top and gently pull out thru the belly before eating. Date: 2021-09-08
