Hey Scott, I was wondering if you think that tournament fishing contributes to the decreasing numbers of big fish in lakes. Considering they are much more susceptible to death from stress and being kept in a live-well all day long as well as being taken off their nests during spawn season. I was thinking about it. Lakes that hold more and more tournaments every year see smaller and smaller bags coming in. Big bass hold the strongest genetics and produce the most offspring with the highest survival rate. when big fish die off it prevents them from producing offspring with their strong genetics. Idk maybe I'm completely wrong but I feel like 20 years from now a winning bag is gonna be like 12 pounds.

A little bit of a random post but can you do a video about using a fish finder. not how to use the actual fish finder, but how to use it effectively as a tool. I just got a fish finder and went out once and when I was done for the day, I was trying to figure out how the fish finder can be an effective tool in helping me catch more fish. I am a kayak fisherman, but any assistance would be very helpful. THANKS!

Great video Scott! Thanks for showing us the ins and outs of these tournaments. It's cool to see stuff that you don't on the televised events. Best of luck this weekend!
