It's way too late for the state of Florida to eradicate itself from the evasive Python snakes! they waited too long before the state started to do anything about the snakes. The Eco system of the Everglades are destroyed forever, and idiots keep releasing their pet pythons in the open wild.

Maybe make some asphalt pads for basking with a little cover to attract them out of the swamp easier. They don't have predators so they'd be confident enough to lay out on them.
