I remember when I was living in Florida and I rolled into work when it was 63 degrees with a short sleeved shirt on. My boss who was a Florida guy came in wearing a coat. He asked me how I wasn't cold. I was like dude I'm from Virginia. 63 isn't cold to me. Especially during December and January! Damn I miss that Floridian weather.

Thanks again for all the tips! Great info on all your videos I learn so much. I live over in port Charlotte so I do mainly canal fishing not lakes or ponds. You should do a tutorial on winter canal fishing that would help us bank fishing canal hoppers out.

Love this tip series. Being a Florida man myself i love to flip small baits when its cold like a gambler bb cricket and always have a devilshorse tied in as well. I also like to throw a small like 3/8 oz spinnerbait with a stop n go retrieve

Jerkbait is my go to this time of year. And the tip on how to modify it I will be trying tomorrow for sure. Scott if you see this, would you use the spoon if you didn't have the live scope? I never have had any luck with them.

Your tips are the best! I ve found deeper cranks with bright colors work best. However I m kayak fishing and basically guessing where they are. Id love to try out some of that mystery tackle!
