I Just realize that my Gigabyte RX 460 4gb windforce OC doesn't have thermalpads on the memory GDDR5, should i put thermal pads on my memory?
The memory is running at 1750mhz 850mv.
The Heatsink design doesn't let any air to pass on my memory so it doesn't get any airflow and my gpu doesn't have any sensor for vrm,memory temps.
More info with HWINFO64:
On Furmark the gpu stock is running at core 1060mhz with 67c temp and draws gpu chip power 48W / VRM Power Out 62W.
With +50 Power limit the gpu stays at 1190mhz wwith 80c temp and draws gpu chip power 72W and VRM Power out max 99W.
With +50 power limit on Furmark the gpu is running at 1190mhz, temp 80c Gpu chip power 72W and VRM Power Out Max 94W.
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula Z with the 4pin molex power connector connected.
Oh and the gpu is stock at 1212mhz 1143volt on stage 7(Max)

Hey I'm having a problem where my screen goes black and my monitor turns off and after it turns back on it goes to the login page. The computer does not turn off. All the lights and the fans are still running. It's not the monitor because I try in all 3 of my monitors and the same thing happens. This happens when I'm playing games only. Any idea what's causing this, I have updated everything.
My PC has a 3070 gigabyte gaming
5800x AMD
32gb of G skill 16lac Ram
x570 Aorus
NZXT 850W gold
Another thing I would like to point out is that it s not over heating the GPU staying at around 65C and my CPU stay lower than that.

I know you said SAM doesn't give universally improved results, but what about testing SAM, in games that do benefit, for PCI-E gen 3 vs PCI-E gen 4 M.2 SSDs? Currently, gen 4 SSD's prices are almost double gen 3, and at this point the bandwidth is larger-number-more-better, but if it possible to quantify an improvement this early in the game, it might justify the purchase now, rather than when Intel and NVIDIA get the resizable BAR implemented.

The 6800XT performs UNBELIEVABLY pedestrian in gaming... It does not scale well AT ALL. My 2080 runs Control at 1440p Ultra settings and medium ray tracing at 45-50fps ZERO DLSS enabled, the 6800XT is about 5-8FPS better... Makes ZERO sense.

Still rocking a 2500k, in the last 9 years 5.0Ghz on Air push&pull with a CM212 plus, i think its not killing it if you can find the optimal voltage for it - now im looking for a near msrp 5800x to replace it =)

the sapphire nitro+ card has easily removable fans because you can upgrade them with RGB swaps if you want
they have an SE version (Special Edition) that comes with the RGB fans installed
