I ve bought more doa trash from Best Buy than any other place of business ever, a very sad qualifier. Twice I ve had to scream at the top of my lungs to get the money back which wasn t even mine. I build computers when hp came out with the 100/200i DVD burner 200i being 399 got it home was missing cords and doa. Brought it back they accused me of loosing the parts killing drive not plugging power in e.t.c. Fkn joke! Needless I garnered attention until I got my customers money back. Best Buy did not enjoy the attention I was bringing to their scam. Drive was reshrink wrapped and back in the case not sold as open box either. Which I would not have bought for a new build for a customer.

Even the 6600XT Nitro+ has the one screw pin to pad fans. They are truly amazing. However maske sure to buy spares before they break especially for the central fan. My Vega 64 Nitro+ had its central fan break and Sapphire now only sells the outer fans and the central fan is no longer produced at all anywhere. The central fan was the fan that would give the read out on rpm so because it is broken the gpu thinks no fans are working and causes eratic fan behavior.

I have an all white build waiting on a GPU. Literally only a GPU (and well it's a 12600k inside since 1700 will support 13th gen so waiting on that i9-13xxx) and I kinda want this card.
Kinda.
It costs about 1600 in Sweden. I can only imagine how much power I will be able to buy for 1600 in some 6 months. And how much value this will lose. I need to hold... HOOOOLD

I second your Best Buy thoughts. They are terrible at everything they do. Shit i had a tv that died under warranty and they failed to fix it 4 times then tried not to honor their own warranty. Absolutely shit company. I can't bring myself to part with my money to them again

I usually only ever choose Sapphire cards because they are (imo) the only AIB worth it on the AMD side. You pay a premium for it, but usually worth it. This gen, I had to go with a 6900 XT AMD Reference, which isn't bad. But I would prefer Sapphire.

Not sure about nvidia being the first on the flow through design, from what I remember its sapphire that kinda did it first from the fury-x when they are trying to make as and air cooled card rather than a water cooled card.

The
Sapphire started that sort of cooler design, the nvidia flow through , with their R9 Fury series. I'm sure another company has done it before them as well. Oh nVIDIA, always with the bs.
