How to Keep Outlook from Deleting Emails from Server

In this tutorial you will learn how to keep Outlook from deleting emails from server. Prerequisites: Microsoft Outlook Step 1: Open your Microsoft Outlook and press File button from the top of the menu. From the File menu, choose Info. Step 2: Click the Account Settings button. Step 3: A new window of E-mail Accounts will appear. Press Change button from E-mail Accounts menu. Step 4: In the newly appeared window press More settings. button. Step 5: In the newly appeared window click on Advanced tab. Step 6: Tick the checkbox near Leave a copy of messages on the server and press OK button. Step 7: Click on Next button to test your account settings. Step 8: Our test is completed successfully so we press Close button. Step 9: Press Finish Result: Congratulations! You have successfully learned how to keep Outlook from deleting emails from server

I have outlook 2016. This is not a video for outlook 2016. When the Change button is clicked the window is vastly different. When the More Settings button is clicked, the options are very limited. There is no setting to leave anything on the server.

Maybe my problem is different but related with this video. When I check email on my phone (pop3) messages stay there but when I open Outlook on my computer then emails disappear on my phone. What can I do?

I have everything up to the section box that says 'Leave a copy of messages on server'
From Below server timeout I have 'Sent Items' and 'Delete items'? any idea?

When I delete emails from my home computer they are not deleting from my laptop and ipad. I don't want them to delete from my other devices.

I don't get the second box any more. After change I get a different box which does not give me access to more settings. What should I do?

Leave a copy of messages on server does not show up. Are you sure this is Office 2010? Something doesn't add up.

Not if you are using Office (Outlook) 2021. Very new/strange/difficult. No controls that I have found. Help!
