Your Teams looks different to mine - I'm on a home PC and I don't have the following buttons - Teams, Calls, Files, Apps, The download/phone button. So I'm missing what you call the heart and soul of teams - the Teams pivot button. You can see why I've always thought Teams is really bad and almost useless, because obviously I'm not getting even the basic experience. Oh, and I also don't have the ellipses button beneath the other pivot buttons.

I have been invited to participate in a summit and I need to have their background to use. When I click the link for teams that was share it does not allow me to add a backdrop. there are to spaces that show one is to blur the background and the other is a white butter that cannot be accessed. So I downloaded team for me and I cannot connect to their team platforms because it says i'm the manger so what am I doing wrong.

Still hate Teams. i think it would have been different if i could have used the entire Office 365 privately - using it for business with 30,000 others most of whom have customize it's uses - has issues. It seems most of these issues are in Teams. I'm better off now having watched your tutorials. I love Access and the one on Outlook but i think I might ditch Teams in favor of spending that time in an axe throwing league.

Kevin, you are my go to for all things Microsoft. I have increased my skills by your training. A suggestion, if you could change your mouse in settings to slightly larger and perhaps a colored, it will help with eye tracking, when you are pointing to anything. The small arrow is like following a gnat, because it is small, with thin outline. I want to be helpful, not critical.

Thanks Kevin, good stuff here and I'm a new user of Teams. One difficulty I found was trying load different backgrounds to use whe using video meetings. The only option I see is normal setting or I can blur the background. I have many different backgrounds on Zoom but here on Teams I haven't figured it out yet. Please show how I ban add background images and video.

At 3.03 , you r mentioning about options on the side bar
In my case when I downloaded the desktop app , in which I signed in with Microsofta ccount mail ID & password,
on the side bar it is showing only
3 options: activity ,chat , calendar.
How to get other options just like yours in this video?

I wondered if you can suggest how to overcome the team's login failures. I don't have a school or biz email with outlook but the free version claims you can use with other emails still after signing up and using regularly I still get the error that I don't have school or biz account
