I find that a combination of Norton 360 & Malwarebytes does the best job of protecting my Windows PCs. Old version of Norton were -bloatware- but I find that the latest suite doesn't slow down my Windows 10 systems. The combination of Norton & Malwarebytes has kept me virus/malware free for years.

Panda dome seems to be pretty good . its free, no pop upps or advertizing and it doesnt slow down your pc when its scanning, it did try to quarrentine my windows key though.

NO antivirus is worth the money unless it checks the BIOS/EUFI address space for backdoors and other ways put there by the Chinese Communist Party to get control of our computers.

I've used windows built in AV for donkeys years now, I can't even remember the last time I had a virus, at least 15 years ago, and before that, maybe 3 since 1984.
