My LG device claims to have 16 GB storage. I deleted or deactivated (if delete was not an option) many pre loaded apps.
I only added few new apps over thexfirst few months I had the device. These apps altogether require less than 2 GB. Even with my photos (not many) and dounloaded .pdf .jpg files etc. I think it is still close to 2 GB but it clams to be 100% full!#%/--$!.
When I clear the cache from settings, it only goes down to 99.5% full, and now I have to do that multiple times every day to do anything.
It CANNOT BE FILES OR APPS THAT I AM DELIBERATELY KEEPING, but that is what most cleaning tips/hacks focus on. I need the stuff cleaned that I never asked for or maybe stuff I deleted but isn't really deleted.
So hard to get the straight solutions to this issue.

You're wrong, if there is away that Samsung or Google has built-in guarding for 30 or 60 days then... there is indeed something that safeguards them for 30 to 60 days and you should be able to break into the system and dump them if they are excluded and held on the side for 30 to 60 days and there is indeed a part of the brain that tells it not to dump those for 30 to 60 days that needs to be overridden Samsung and Google should not have the power to do that and I also believe that that's done for legal reasons that if anybody is it a situation where the government or the law wants to explore your phone and Google and Samsung I have conferred with them and come up with a believe is the safest thing to do so they could get into your business and you can't delete it right away
