I'm having issues with opening embedded links in my powerpoint that is uploaded in MS Teams. I can link to the document but when I close the linked document it goes back to the normal view not to the presentation and I lose my place in the presentation and I have to scroll thru the slides to get back to the correct one and present again. Also I can't embed an object within powerpoint edit mode in MS Teams just link??? help

Thank you for the info, this is a game changer for me. I am a Technical Trainer and I share my 2nd screen where I present, I also use AWS-Workspaces and have the trainees execute what they have learned. So I break away from the presentation to show the Workspaces desktop. I am trying to find out how I can do this without having to lose my place on the presentation. Thanks.

What if, let's say, I want to present my ppt on Teams, but at the same time I want the viewers to see my camera in square located in one corner. How do I do that?
I have that feeling where the cam goes to a total second level when I'm presinting my ppts, and I don't like that, because they lose the non-verbal communication of the presentation.

Hi Kevin, thank you for your videos, they are a great deal of help. My only question is if I want to use pen or laser pointer during my presentation your two options won't allow me to use them. Do you have any solution to resolve this issue? As you said I want to see my audience too, but also use a laser pointer.. Thank you in advance

Teams isn't user-friendly as Zoom. I generally avoid recommending it to my clients. There are an issues with it. Too many steps just to use it. Tell your Microsoft buddies to take a page from Zoom. Those guys got it right.

Hi Kevin! i tried the first method. However, my students cannot see my cursor as I move it to point out something. I clicked on the cursor icon but nothing happened. Why is that?
