Private company does at it pleases- this is a Core Tenant of Conservatism. I don't understand why you shmucks don't understand this. Free market does at it wants-- the only other option is allowing your own member of Government forcing DDG's hand to release internal memos. but in doing that- you are doing exactly like your counter parts, the evil Left, who wants Government to give free lunches to all US children, for example.

13: 15 Random thought, but why aren't these code signing certificates stored on a public key store, like PGP keys, that can be referenced whenever an internet connection is available? This would allow people like NVidia in this instance to revoke the compromised keys, and if somebody tried to install a driver signed by one of those revoked keys, they would get a warning.

The issue here us the in 2015 or 16 DuckDuckGo was advertising themselves as a search engine that would offer unbiased and unfiltered results
Now they're backtracking on that claim even though Even though in 2019 the official DuckDuckGo Twitter account quoted the ceo saying - When you search you expect unbiased results but that's not what you get at Google-

Been using Brave search since it came out and it's been great. They do their own indexing while also allowing to option to mix in results from the larger search engines and it comes by default with Brave. It also supports! bangs like DDG. Only downside is it only shows you one page of results with seemingly no way to move to the next page.

Yes, no one search engine is unbiased, but there is a crucial difference between filtering relevant results according to the user's search, and trying to occult relevant and perharps wanted results from the user because you think you're the new ministry of truth.

This should be a user choice, not their choice. Down ranking like this is censorship. If they gave a user option to allow them to hide results, all power to them as long as they give the user that choice. Otherwise leave it as is and let adults adult.

So the ranking used to be by relevance - everything opposed to the narrative is irrelevant. Need a teaching on how to use Yandex as default FF search engine.

I have a question about how many email ids one should make for different purposes. (Sry for bad English)

Big issue with their statement is that they get to decide who is disinformation. All we have to do is point to recent events to show why this is so bad.
