Help I got my Laptop from Walmart,an HP 15 BS07xxx, I've been having issues with since my 3rd use, I was called scammed/hacked. ... I ran a factory reset, almost instantly afterwards, it's been almost 2 months since and I've reset my laptop around 8 more times since. It actually found issues! But it said it couldn't fix them, some on each drive. What's the next step?

Just came in to say thank you.
My system failed to boot when I was moving over from Windows to Linux all of a sudden one day.
I tried other videos about sfc and dism to no avail, but after trying option 2 (even though sfc said it detected no errors), I opted to continue and after a reset I was back into my system.
Most videos say using sfc /scannow or the 3-steps with dism are the solution, but no luck there. This one worked. Thank you for posting.

Hi can i ask for help i just click the update and shutdown button last night then the next day when i open my laptop looks new all the file has gone no Microsoft office etc all the data are gone what should I do to recover ally files?? And why did this happened?? I am so much thankful if you will reply and help me with my problem -

How to parametrize DISM at recovery mode command prompt using the latest windows 10 image (1903) booted from a DVD, to correct a Windows installation on a hard disk?
Of course the latest update killed my Windows and none of the official methods have been working (safe mode, system restore, startup recovery, etc.) Thanks.

hey can you help me out? i was trying to open up some ram space and i did... but in the process, me not knowing my tech. i accidentally deleted all my protedted system files... yeah dumb i know now. but now i cant do anything on my laptop. and right clicking start wont work.
wut can i do to restore my lost files?
