When I put that URL type thing into the file explorer top typing bar thing, It showed up with this empty folder and this page that asked me what to open it with, I clicked word document but when I went on all it had were weird symbols and things that were far from a URL or anything. I'm crying to death right now As I spent a month on this proeject ;(

hello, thank you for your video. unfortunately i have not been able to recover the section of my work that disappeared on word a week or 02 ago. i think the auto saved file showed once I opened my document but i mistakenly closed it a week ago, only noticing that a section of my work has disappeared. how can i get the Hetman app please?

Hi,
I was working on my powerpoint presentation. I was done doing the half, n saved it. Later on, after completing the ppt, I clicked the 'do not save' option. I tried all these ways, but was not able to recover the full file. what should I do?

I browsed through many websites and was unable to find the file, but after seeing your method on 4:18 to 5:00 time line in the Video , I finally recovered the file.
