The first method is working fine as shown. However after completing the entire procedure that is effectively changing the ownership, there's this pop up that says ill have to close and reopen the properties in order to edit and change. Upon clicking ok and exiting and trying to enter windows apps whose ownership I just changed, it says access denied. What would be the best solution? My OS is windows 10.

Clear and easy instruction. Totally helped me! I was going to panick because I denied permission for everyone to an important folder. But it has been cleared. Any guide to how to secure a folder? like putting passwords etc without using third party apps?

When I click on change at 1:22 it says --You do not have permission to view or edit this objects' permission settings.- even though I am the only user AND do have admin rights.

I don't see how you determine the object name to be Maxim. I'm trying to figure out object name that I need to enter. Evidently, they don't want the folder name.
