Hello.
My Laptop is broken for 1/2 years , i left it untouched for 1/2 years. I tried to repair it today but i saw that i have trojans. i tried EVERYTHING i tried to reset it a message showed up -there was a problem , no changes were made- (same goes to factory reset) I tried the windows defending thing. Didnt help. tried malwarebytes : -This programm can damage your pc (cant start the programm even tho i KNOW its not a virus!)
Can you help me ? IT WOULD MEAN THE WORLD TO ME!! :'(
also: internet explorer keeps opening (pop up)

I have 4 trojan viruses in my computer that I didn't even download. One of them I remember is called Trojan.Agent. My Anti Malware Software keeps telling me to remove it but I'm scared to remove it because what if it can do damage to my computer. I'd rather just be in my computer and stay with those viruses. I can't even find them, I just wanted to find the location of where is that trojan virus.

I have rootkit in my PC. The person has already some informations. I do not care about those. Let them spread, even if they are personal. Help me with deleting it. Will restarting the PC to tower settings delete it?

Virus remains even after deleting all partitions, format and clean install of Windows. I even upgraded BIOS immediately before fresh install.
