i cant download terms and conditions since i did a factory reset on service menu. So all smart functions on my tv are disabled: inet browser, apps, etc... i dont know how to fix it, and sansung isnt helping.

Everything worked for me as well! Instead of a laptop with a VPN, you can use your smartphone with VPN enabled and turn the hotspot on your smartphone to connect your TV.

My 6100 is from china. After the changes and factory reset my Mac Address is gone and tv will not see any wifi signal..
