Is there a way to delete the cache files from the Apple podcast app? The actual app on my iPhone 11 is only 29.8 MB, but then it also shows that I have over 400 MB of -documents and data-. I don-t have a single podcast downloaded on my phone, so what is all this extra storage being used for and how do I get rid of it? I-ve never had this issue before, only started happening once I updated to iOS 14.5.1- I-ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but all these files automatically download again.

So, whether or it-s from the podcast app or from general storage, you still have to individually select and delete each episode. Where is the option to select and delete all?
