Hi, thank you for your video. In Teams, in the PowerPoint section to share something, I have some ppt suggestion but not the one I went to share. I know I have to download it with a click on -browse-. But isn't it a way to make Teams record my ppt ? My ppt is heavy and it take long time if I need to download it each time, and I can't switch from presentator view from an other screen (my internet window for exemple)... I hope my request is understable, sorry English is not my maternal language...

Do you happen to know why I am not able to see the attendees at the bottom of the screen like I see when you were presenting? When ever I present on MS Teams I only see my full screen with a read box indicating that I am sharing my screen. I am unable to see the people in my meeting or if they are asking questions. I am flying blind and it does not look professional at all. Thanking you in advance.

Dear Kevin. I love your tutorials. I have one question. How do i -pre-attach- certain or specific Power Point presentations to different meetings. I have several meetings in a week, and it would be nice to plan ahead so i don't have to browse through 100 of presentations when starting a Power Point presentation in an ongoing meeting. Best regards Soren / Denmark

Hello, this is great. Quick question though-when in presenter mode, how do you enable sound of a video from your presentation to play so participants hear? I found that even when I enable sound, I was the only one hearing the music of my intro slide but the participants couldn't hear. Everything else seemed to work as your video said

Hi Kevin. As always excellent material. Very clear and very usefull. Kevin would it be possible to do a session like this in a setting where you have 2 screens, the laptop screen and an external screen? I'm currently able to use the presenter view (big fan!) with two screens and share in teams but not sure I'm doing it optimal.

Kevin, your videos are a great help. However, do you know why on sending a PDF PowerPoint from the PP app, that it takes days to reach recipients instead of the timing of regular email? I'd really need this information. Thank you, Mike Melnick

Hello Kevin, thank you so much for sharing. I clicked onto the 3 dots and select 'hide presenter view'. As result, the audience no longer can see my presentation. May I know how could I turn it back ON? Thanks.

Super helpful, thank you! I was just wondering if it's possible for the audience to see your cursor (laser pointer) in this view? I know it's possible when you share your ppt window and go to the slide show view.

Thumb up Kevin, great way to explain. One thing I am still confused about is how do I make the comments of the presentation visible to myself when presenting while making sure that no one sees them? thanks a lot

I've seen presenters in MS Teams call attention to something on their screen with a -look here- feature. It makes a little red target blink around their cursor. Any idea how they're doing that?
