It just sounds like Arch is being compared with a enterprise grade distro. I don't really get it.
Arch does not have systemd. That is really good. But it is still a hobby/user distro. The fact that it does not run on architectures that are not designed for non-desktop systems kind of demonstrates this. It is great for learning how a computer works. Eventually you get tired of spending time on stuff that breaks.

I use my computer to do stuff, my days of tinkering under the hood of an OS is long gone. Been a linux user since Red Hat 9 up to RHEL 4.. Did some distrohopoing in between too. Had a good amount of FreeBSD time too and i loved it. But linux is where the action is. Started with Debian since version 3 but fully made the switch when 4 came out. Stayed with it ever since.

Nice video, as usual :)
My Linux journey started with Debian back in 2001 and since then I also tried Arch but I always come back to Debian based Distro.
Currently my main distro is Kali because, you know, it is Debian based, and is a rolling release distro like Arch.
I just installed Siduction and will see if it can become my new favorite.

I actually use Debian for my Desktop as everything that isn't daily driver stuff like mails, homework, etc. isn't in need of cutting edge Arch software. For Gaming i use a KVM with GPU passthrough, so one less reason to use Arch (I am pretty much a noob when it comes to fixing stuff lol)
Still on sid tho, i prefer up to date software.

I-ve been using Debian since my raspberry pi default is a Debian fork. One day I-ll try Arch on a separate microSD card on my raspberry pi 4. It-s amazing how much there is to learn and try all these distros just like all the different WordPress themes and all the modules.

Question
I haven't tried Arch, but if I had gone over to that after I started of with Slackware and computers went 64-bit, then I might have not jumped between KDE Neon, Manjaro or Windows. To be honest. I should have two or more m.2's and just switch it when I want to game. ;P haha

If you use Debian stable you will be working on other productive and non productive things, if you use Arch you will be working for it. Like cancer which is overproduction of cells Arch is cancer, too much of non productive code. F'k manjaro.

Mr
I'm starting to think debian. unless you are a young person that has lots of time to fk around constantly with arch, if you just want something stable and run well, then go debian. if you love the f--- around, then go arch.
