Hello Kevin, I love your videos, keep up the good work - I have request for a tutorial for an easy PC software/app that saves text you write again and again. As a teacher I find myself writing the same comments to my many students reports. I wish for a software where I quickly can choose and inset the comment in the most common software like word, pdf, and outlook. If there also is an option to choose shortkeys e.g. writing BR as a shortkey for writing Best Regards in an email or comment, I would be a very happy teacher - It would save me a lot of time correcting reports. Hi -Kevin. Thanks for another great video. Could you clarify a couple of things for me, please? 1) If we start the meeting without the Owner moderation feature turned on, then someone posts an annoying question, can we turn it ON later (on to start = locked so can't turn off, I get it)? 2) So, if we allow students (I use Teams for education) to share their screens to present in a meeting, we'd also be giving them control over the Q&A, and if we disable their Q&A control we're also stopping them from presenting/sharing screen?

Any idea of when the Q&A functionality will support anonymous users? Also, right now from my understanding it is fully supported in the App, but web users don-t have access from the meeting window, they have to have to access Q&A from the calendar entry. I was super excited about functionality and still like it for some use cases, but unfortunately it does not support all of the use cases I was hoping to use it in.

Hotmail--what is going on with this? I can only open it on an outlook ap on my computer. I can no longer open it on my phone or by going to a browser. I can find no answers on how to handle this. Can you help me. Sorry, this is probably not the place for this question. Please direct me to some information about this.

Hello Kevin. I have been following your video tutorials they are good learning material. I have an issue that for some reason I can take screen shots, only the folder which they were sent too have disappeared from my pictures folder. Any Ideas why this would be removed from the folder, Thanks for any reply.

Hi Kevin, you are my go to guy for Teams tutorials! Just a quick one though - if I'm scheduling a Webinar (not a meeting) I don't seem to be getting the option to add the Q&A app (or indeed any app). Is this just available for Meetings? I can't seem to find this out on the Microsoft site

Hi Kevin. I'm a court reporter and we use a 25 double spaced document for our depositions, hearings, etc. Is there a way to add Q & A to the Microsoft format to help court reporters? I watch your videos and just figured, Um, Kevin will know this. Thank You. Peggy, Madam Court Reporter.

Thanks again for the quality of your videos. I created a webinar few days ago and I can-t add any tabs in teams. It would so great to have the q&a app because there will be between 100 and 200 participants. If you have any tips, it will be very helpful.

-kavin you don't pay living wage for your employees :p? Listen, I think you are familiar with stack overflow, if some employee has similar question does it refer him to that question rather than write a question twice from different attendance?

Maybe I missed - what does this look like for everyone else? I assume they also can see the Q&A symbol then just the publised list? Can you download list, or is there a report available of this content? Great video - thanks!
