All you need to do is install an extension called Natural Reader Text to Speech and it will do the work for you. There are options to change the speed of the voice as well as the voice itself. You can also upload file such as Word documents or PDF files to have the extension read them for you. If you use the pay for version, you can even download text as an MP3 file.
