2. Explain the necessity why not to share their real identity online and how to protect their passwords.
3. Set up their browser.
Some of your points are either too advanced for elder non-tech savvy people or you simply reiterate the same thing.

Pleased to say my darling mother has started to figure it out now, she has finally become savvy to the issues and having much less problems, not without a concerted effort by me and my nephew. But hey, 7 years ago she couldn't even send an email.
