I went to MySudo website and they only have the option of using them in Canada or the US. After searching around I found Masqt. They claim to do the same thing as MySudo and are based in Europe. They don't seem to be big and only two years old, so I don't know if I can trust them with my phone number. You should check them out and do a video about them if they're interesting as they could prove to be an alternative to MySudo for people not based in Canada or the US.

When choosing usernames, I usually just use Bitwarden's random passphrase generator with two or three words. Works perfectly and doesn't require me to make up hundreds of different usernames. Although that wouldn't be a huge problem, it's a good thing that it's totally random and not something that might reveal any single one of my own thoughts.
