To non Germans: The GmbH is your typical run of the mill form for medium sized companies in Germanic countries including Germany. They are dime in a dozen. It's sole and only purpose is to protect the private assets of the owner in case the firm goes bankrupt hence the deposit. If smaller firms go down typically the owner is going down too. The point of a GmbH is to prevent that scenario. In an NGO that's not necessary. They function in a fundamentally different way. A non profit GmbH? Why would one even need that? This form only makes sense if you are primarily for profit. Seriously I wouldn't trust this new legal construct if you put a gun to my head. From a legal standpoint it is blasphemic to even construct a Frankenstein like that. Let's hope they know what they are doing.

Another great episode. I want to check out that article with the smart cars and changing the sign from a stop sign to have numbers and the first thing that came to my mind was that it basic drivers Ed taught us how sign shapes matter. My drivers Ed teacher brought it home by having a test question say, -what does it mean when you see a silver octogon with no symbols- and it confused a lot of people until he explained it's the back of a stop sign because stop signs are the only signs that are octogons. Yield signs are yellow and triangle and the reason you're yielding varies depending on the symbol. But this doesn't help with signs that show what exit is approaching on a highway. But a car ai would probably be better off using mile marker tickers and GPS.
Ps I love your comment on fear mongering and sensationalising. So much worse than just reporting facts and moving on. Bothers me so much in the media world.

Wrong! All I did was activate a Pay-As-You-Go simcard service. I was a victim in the first breach and now again in the second breach. Obviously, T-Mobile did not take the fist beach serious and now it-s time for some major punitive damages to be entered against them.

Luckily I already buy my phones with cash, and I don-t recall EVER giving my SSN to that carrier. Or any other carrier. Lol
I try to do a credit karma report on myself every now and then, and I always get an error saying they can-t find any credit history. -

Looks like the story at 31: 57 might have just been bad reporting. He was a part of a larger hate group and he got caught because of that, and the video was just some of his collection of bad stuff.
