Seb, thank you! I'm brand new to crypto mining. I fell down the crypto-mining rabbit-hole about four weeks ago. I've only just started with my desktop's PNY Quadro T1000. There are only a few coins that I can mine with it. I'm mining Ravencoin with NBMiner on 2Miners. I'm gong to expand into my first mining rig soon. I don't know how to measure how much time and money you are saving me with the content you are publishing. Thanks again!

Hey Seb, great video as always. Congrats. I do have a suggestion: on the number of GPUs column (V) I believe a whole number should be used here, since you cannot buy decimals of GPUs. This greatly affects the Initial Cost (W) and Total Cost (Z). Take the 3080 Ti for an example: Unit cost of 2.000$, 2 GPUS needed, that makes 4.000$, and not 4.783$. Cheers!

I am leaning towards a1050ti rig looking at your chart and the fact that I can get 1050ti 25% cheaper than shown in chart, I understand 1050 is old but who cares if it's doing the job efficiently and for looow initial cost or do you think I should consider bigger like 3080? Seb great video. I made my first rig following your videos. They were very helpful and thought out. I started mining raven coin on gminer but i can't seem to get over 1.37 as a hashrate even with overclocking my 1050 ti. any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Great video and detail but i fear some people will jump on this without realising that to hit these numbers RVN would have to increase in value by around 1000x. Do you have any rationale as to why RVN is likely to go from $0.08 to $10?

So why would I bother mining when I can just buy the coin for 9.300usd? Not to mention the time and energy saved. Also the chance to arbitrage during the whole year with smart swing trades? Anyone care to explain?

Cooll thought experiment. if you truely think this price will hit there you are cheeper off for most options to just buy 100k rvn now :P you dont need to do the work with the hardware.
