I can't get constant 60fps when in forest/grass location. The fps dropped to 40-30.
Playing it on max settings and everything is turn on in Advance graphic setting except for frame scaling. Mine is GTA V build 678.
Spec:
Cpu: i7 8700k
Gpu: msi gtx 1080 gaming x
Ram: 8gb 2666ghz
Monitor: 60hz
Mobo: z370 pc pro
Psu: 650w+
Do I need to upgrade the RAM? Seeing fps drop made me hurt...

Highest: 32fps

When I mean maxed....I really mean maxed the FK out. EVERYTHING ON! My room temp is at 20 degrees C.

Personally, I think the main difference in gameplay between PC and PS4 is the fps. I don't even think the resolution, draw distance ect is even that note impressive but the fps is just excellent at 60fps

also my GPU on highest settings uses 3350 MB of vram your only using 2593 which also proves you are not at ultra liar liar your GPU is not on fire as its not even trying hard at these low settings
